Overview

Dependable Care Staffing is seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Therapists (ST), and Therapy Assistants to join our growing team.

Our licensed therapists and therapy assistants work in collaboration with home health agencies to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (Therapists only) and develop individualized care plans for patients

  • Deliver therapeutic services aimed at improving mobility, daily living skills, or communication abilities

  • Assist in implementing care plans and supporting therapeutic activities (Therapy Assistants)

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

  • Document patient progress and communicate with home health agency partners

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and continued care

Qualifications

  • Active license or certification for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy (for Therapists)

  • Certification for Therapy Assistants as required by the state

  • New graduates are welcome

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently

  • CPR certification preferred
